Early Years Highlights

  • Earth Hour 2014

    On Friday, 28 March 2014 JIMS Early Years celebrated Earth Hour. We turned off the electricity for an hour. We read a book of Dora Helps Save The Earth and encouraged the students to save water when washing hands, put rubbish in the bin after eating snacks, and spend more time playing outdoors. We also had a picnic by the elephant (Ganesha) statue to celebrate Earth Day.

  • JIMS Primary Year-4 visits UNIC Indonesia

    JIMS Primary Year-4 visited the United Nations Information Center (UNIC) Indonesia on 3 April 2014. Leader of UNIC Indonesia , Mr. Michell gave an overview of the establishment, UN history, functions and actions and quizzed the students on a number of trending issues around the globe including Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
