Cambridge Secondary Programme
The JIMS curriculum offers broadly based courses that introduce students to some subjects that are a continuation from their Year 6 studies, whereas others will be new and challenging.
The Cambridge secondary programme presents an international curriculum for students from 12 to 17 years of age. In Years 9 to 10 JIMS prepares them for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations, and in Year 11 and 12 for the International Advanced (A/AS) Levels.
Students will study: 5 subjects for their IGCSE, and 5 subjects for their JIMS Certificate.
Next August, JIMS will accept Year 11 students (A/AS Levels) for the 2010-2011 academic year.
